See Through 5 returns with their second album Margins, offering another slice of chamber prog straight from the heart of Toronto. The five tunes on Margins deliver a minimalism-infused take on the rhythms of contemporary dance music and the fantasy electro-acoustic sound world of 1970s progressive rock. Featuring some of Toronto's most creative musicians and Mike Smith's deft mixing of electric and acoustic instruments, Margins extends composer Pete Johnston's interests in counterpoint, polyrhythms, and improvisation into the realm of rock.
